Here is the finished product. We chose the crest of moms corps, and we like the result. Especially since this is our first pumpkin endeavor that is anywhere near ambitious. Before this, it's been triangles and jaggedy teeth. Jack surely is a chip of the old Pumpkin. He can name the year and corps of many performances by listening to them. (I'm getting emotional...I'll stop.)
Happy Vanguardween.

Awesome. I was totally lazy with the pumpkins this year. Jeffy and Ethan did actually design their own, though, so that's pretty good.
I love it. Jack is very privileged to have parents who educate him on very diverse and interesting things.
Whoa... Jack is getting so big! Matt, I just found your blog. Awesomeness! It's going into my rss feed now. Hope u are doing well. :)
That is awesome. Jack is quite a sharp kid. I love his new do. He looks so grown up.
Thanks for the clarification on the Blair Thumb. It was natural for me to think it was Lili, but I suppose it was before her days of internet finds, and movie making. I always like to give credit where credit is due. So, thanks for great entertainment.
I love little Jackerton! I think next year we better get some patterns as well. Ours were pretty sad. Not even picture worthy!
Way to go Jack (and matt). Lookin' good.
