My work here is done...

Finally. The whole reason we chose to have the boy in the first place.

His first time doing the whole lawn by himself.

$.50 well spent.

Thanks for the mower Todd/Dad. It's great.

I hear ya. Whenever I clean the bathrooms I think, man, can't Julia do this by now?

P.S. I have a memory of you "teaching" me to mow the lawn. I was very excited, as I am sure Jackson was! Let's hope the novelty doesn't wear off too soon.

Nice job! I am still waiting for my kids to pay off . . .

Wow... Jack already mowing the lawn... Well, enjoy it while he does, because before long, if he's anything like I am, he'll be excited about it at first, but the novelty will wear off rather quickly...

The novelty may wear off, but the responsibility won't. He's in it for the long haul.

Yes! Great news. I actually enjoy mowing. It is quite rewarding. It also gives me time to think.

Melody used to put on a story-telling show called "Mow-a-story" while mowing.

Me- "Melody, would you speak out loud?"

Melody- "Yes... of course!"

Ah... I can't wait for Sye to get old enough to do that. AND the dishes.

Mowing the lawn was rewarding for me as a kid when there was money involved at the end. But I've grown up a bit since then, and learned that the real reward is the happiness that comes from a job well done. And also Cami won't give me any money for mowing our tiny little yard.

On a serious note, nice work Jack!
